Shipping & ReturnsShipping & Returns If you're not satisfied, I'm not satisfied. Period. Shipping: You may choose your desired shipping method during check out. Insurance is mandatory and is included in the shipping price. You will be provided a tracking number once order is shipped. Customer pick up at the studio is also available at check out. Damaged shipments must be reported to T Pots Pottery within 48 hours of receiving for proper credit/replacement to your account. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for damage. For delivery damange, credit towards the next order or a check will be sent.
